Working with an AI assistant is a new experience and requires a bit of practice. Here are a few tips:

Build trust with the AI by starting with simple tasks, monitoring progress, testing various scenarios, and gradually increasing task complexity.

• Be specific: Provide as much detail as possible. Adding more detail and voting tasks helps the AI learn and adapt to your needs, requiring less guidance over time.
• Break tasks into steps: Instead of saying “recruit backend candidates for me”, you could say “Search LinkedIn for backend engineers, find 5 good fits, then provide their URL’s”
• Define the endpoint: Let the AI know what must be done to complete a task.
